Blueberry Crumble Bars

Blueberry crumble bars feature a bottom and top crust of a mix of all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter. Between these layers, a fresh blueberry filling with lemon juice and zest is spread. When baked, the filling bubbles through the crumbly topping for a balance of soft fruit and a buttery, crisp oat crust. Chilling before baking helps the topping maintain its shape.
