Blueberry Kale Smoothie
A delicious blueberry kale smoothie packed with antioxidants! This makes a great breakfast or just a mid-day treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk almond, soy, rice, coconut or cow milk is fine
- 1 cup kale chopped and washed
- 1 banana
- 1.5 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth, pour into a glass and serve.
