Blueberry Margarita
This simple blueberry margarita recipe needs only four ingredients, blueberries, limes, triple sec and tequila for a cold, refreshing summer blueberry cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 lime
- 1 cup blueberries fresh
- 1 ounce triple sec
- 2 ounces tequila
Instructions
- Juice both limes.
- Put the fresh blueberries in a blender with half the lime juice and blend.
- Strain the blueberry mixture into a cocktail shaker.
- Add the remaining lime juice, triple sec and tequila to the cocktail shaker and shake.
- Serve over ice garnished with lime and blueberries.
Notes
- You can also use frozen blueberries for a frozen Margarita. In that case you can skip the straining step.
