Blueberry Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups light vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups 1% milk
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Whipped cream, fresh berries and sprigs of mint for garnish (optional)

  1. In a blender, puree all of the ingredients until thick and smooth. Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish with whipped cream, sprinkles and fresh berries.
