Blueberry Mojito
This deliciously sweet blueberry mojito is just what summer needs! Freshly muddled blueberries combined with a mint simple syrup, white rum, lime juice, and a touch of fizzy soda water.
Ingredients
- 3 mint sprigs
- 1/3 cup blueberries fresh
- 1 ounce mint simple syrup
- 1 ounce lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 ounces white rum
- club soda
- ice
Instructions
- Place mint leaves at the bottom of your highball glass.
- Add in the blueberries, mint simple syrup, and lime juice.
- Use a muddler to gently crush to release mint oils and blueberry juice.
- Add in the rum and mix with a bar spoon.
- Fill the glass almost to the top with ice and club soda.
- For garnish use extra blueberries, a mint sprig, or lime wedges. Serve immediately.
Notes
- If you don’t want pieces of blueberry in your drink you can mash them in another bowl and strain the juice out of the berries.
