Ingredients
Blueberry syrup
- 1 Cup blueberries
- ½ Cup water
- 2 Tablespoon sugar
Moscow Mule
- 1 Bottle or Can Ginger Beer
- 6 Ounces vodka
- 6 Ounces blueberry syrup
- Fresh Lime Juice from 1 Lime
Instructions
Make the Blueberry Syrup
- Add the water, blueberries, and sugar to a sauce pan and bring to a brief boil, then reduce to simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring and gently crushing the blueberries occasionally.
- Strain the mixture into a container or measuring cup, gently pressing on the blueberries to get all of their juice. Chill until needed.

Making the Moscow Mule
- Divide the ingredients between 2 glasses (copper mugs are traditional). Fill with crushed ice and stir to combine.
