Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1½ cup milk
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup frozen blueberries no thawing needed
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Line a muffin tin pan with liners and lightly grease it if desire before setting it aside.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until combined. If you’re worried about squishing the blueberries, add it in last after everything has been mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into your muffin tin and then bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before eating or store in an airtight container for later.
