Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1½ cup milk
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries no thawing needed
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Line a muffin tin pan with liners and lightly grease it if desire before setting it aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until combined. If you’re worried about squishing the blueberries, add it in last after everything has been mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture into your muffin tin and then bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Let cool before eating or store in an airtight container for later.
