Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 3/4 cup frozen pitaya pink dragonfruit
  • 1 to 2 pieces of frozen figs plums or apricots
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almond/coconut/whatever milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1/2 tablespoon flax oil
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds mixed with water for 5 minutes
