Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup blueberries 50g
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Combine the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey and blueberries in a blender or a food processor.
  2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth. This might take a few moments.
