Blueberry Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup blueberries 50g
- kosher salt to taste
- black pepper to taste, freshly ground
Instructions
- Combine the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey and blueberries in a blender or a food processor.
