Blueberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • ½-¾ cup sugar, depending on the sweetness of your berries
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Add the blueberries and sugar to a medium saucepan.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pot and stir to combine.
  3. Heat the sauce over medium heat, stirring frequently, until simmering. Simmer 2-3 minutes, gently mashing some of the blueberries with your spoon, until thickened.
  4. Serve warm and refrigerate any leftovers.
