  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 coops protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup water
  • ice to thicken (optional)
