Boiled Quail Eggs Recipe

  • 6 quail eggs
  • water

Instructions

  1. Fill an appropriate sized saucepan with enough water to cover the quail eggs by one inch. Do not add the eggs yet.
  2. Bring the water to a full boil. Gently lower the eggs into the saucepan with a slotted spoon.
  3. Maintain a light boil and cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Carefully drain the hot water and fill the saucepan with ice cold water.
  5. Peel the eggs and serve immediately or store them in the fridge until ready to use.
