Boom Boom Salmon Burgers
These Boom Boom Salmon Burgers are a delicious twist on the classic burger, with fresh salmon and zesty homemade boom boom sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon filet raw
- 3 tablespoons boom boom sauce
- 1 tablespoon dill chopped, fresh
- 1 tablespoon chive chopped, fresh
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic grated
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
Instructions
- Remove any skin on your salmon and pat it dry. Chop the salmon into a small dice.
- Take half the salmon and add it to a mixing bowl. Add the remaining chopped salmon into the bowl of a food processor along with the Boom Boom Sauce and garlic.
- Pulse until it’s well combined, then add it to the bowl with the diced salmon, then add in the fresh dill, fresh chives, salt and ground black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 balls, forming each one into a patty. Lay the patties on a parchment lined plate and refrigerate for 1 hour and up to 4 hours.
- Add the olive oil and butter to a nonstick skillet, then once melted, fry the patties for a few minutes on each side.
- Serve on your favorite Keto friendly bun and top with more Boom Boom Sauce, lettuce and another other toppings that you like.
