Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds new red potatoes washed and quartered
  • 2 teaspoons  minced garlic
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 teaspoons crushed dry dill

  1. Wash potatoes well and boil until soft, drain well on paper towels. Melt the butter, in large frying pan (use only real butter) saute garlic for a couple of moments, and then add potatoes and the rest of the seasonings. Pan-fry the potatoes until they are lightly brown.
