Bourbon Eggnog Latte
Cozy up this holiday season with a dairy-free Bourbon Eggnog Latte!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup espresso or strong brewed coffee, prepared
- 1 1/2 cups eggnog or regular eggnog, dairy-free
- 2 ounces bourbon
- Whipped Cream optional, dairy free; for topping the lattes
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
Instructions
- Prepare the espresso or coffee, mix in the bourbon and pour into 2 mugs.
- In a small saucepan heat the eggnog until it's warm. Once it is warm use a whisk, immersion blender or frother to whisk the Nog until it becomes thick, foamy and hot.
- Pour the eggnog evenly into the 2 mugs and top with the foam.
- Top the lattes with dairy free whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg if desired.
