Bourbon Eggnog Latte

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup espresso or strong brewed coffee, prepared
  • 1 1/2 cups eggnog or regular eggnog, dairy-free
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • Whipped Cream optional, dairy free; for topping the lattes
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Prepare the espresso or coffee, mix in the bourbon and pour into 2 mugs.
  2. In a small saucepan heat the eggnog until it's warm. Once it is warm use a whisk, immersion blender or frother to whisk the Nog until it becomes thick, foamy and hot.
  3. Pour the eggnog evenly into the 2 mugs and top with the foam.
  4. Top the lattes with dairy free whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg if desired.
