Ingredients

1 cup vanilla bean ice cream
2 tablespoons pumpkin frozen, pureed
2 tablespoons bourbon chilled to ice cold
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If pumpkin and bourbon are not frozen, you may have to add ice to ensure the proper thickness.
