Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough refrigerated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 egg large
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 6 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and form a slight rim around the edge. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs until just set.
  3. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the pizza crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bacon crumbles.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Slice and serve warm.
