Brie & Turkey Panini Sandwich

Shake up your lunch with a Brie and Cajun Turkey Panini Sandwich. Just put everything between two slices of bread, slather in butter, and press!

Ingredients

  • 2 lices French bread about 3/4 Inch Thick
  • 4 lices Cajun Turkey Lunch Meat
  • ¼ cups baby spinach
  • 4 lices Brie cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons butter Softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat panini press.
  2. Build sandwich with spinach in between turkey and cheese. Butter the outsides of the bread, 1 tablespoon each per side, and place on the panini press for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  3. Remove, slice in two and serve warm.
