Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 cups broccoli
- 3 green onions
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
Instructions
- Wash all the veggies and pat them dry.
- Dice the green onions into small pieces. Chop cucumber and tomatoes in equal pieces and broccoli in a bit larger chunks.
- Season the salad with salt and stir in the Greek yogurt. Serve immediately and enjoy!
