Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh broccoli , chopped
- 1/4 cup yellow onion , minced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese , shredded
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9-inch pie plate.
- Microwave broccoli in a glass bowl covered with a wet paper towel for 2 minutes to steam.
- Mix onion, cheese, bisquick, milk, salt, pepper and eggs together, then fold in the broccoli.
- Pour into pie plate and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
