Ingredients

For the Broccoli Casserole
  • 1 ½ cup white rice instant
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 10 ounces broccoli frozen or fresh
  • 1 ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
For the Topping
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter melted
  • ⅔ cup Panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Combine the casserole ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Spread evenly in an 8x8 pan.
  4. Combine panko and melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes, uncovered until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
