Ingredients

  • 5-6 cups broccoli in bite-sized pieces, raw or blanched, florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded, sharp
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds salted
  • 1/3 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, crumbled bacon, sunflower seeds, and chopped red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss well.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
