Ingredients
- 8 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 8 oz Colby jack cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 2 cups fresh strawberries quartered
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds toasted
Instructions
- Mix broccoli and cheese together in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk your mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli and toss to coat. Carefully stir in cut up strawberries; sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately. ENJOY!
