Ingredients

  • 3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • finely chopped fresh herbs to taste (optional)

  1. Position the top rack about 3-4 inches from the heating element and preheat the oven to BROIL on HIGH.
  2. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
