- 1.5 lbs large raw shrimp with skin removed
- 2 tbsp canola or avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced*
Notes
- Spanish: toss shrimp with 2 tsp of smoky paprika before broiling.
- Cilantro Lime: omit lemon juice and parsley. Toss shrimp with the juice of 1 lime and 2 tsbp of fresh chopped cilantro.
