Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs large raw shrimp with skin removed
  • 2 tbsp canola or avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced*

Notes

  • Spanish: toss shrimp with 2 tsp of smoky paprika before broiling. 
  • Cilantro Lime: omit lemon juice and parsley. Toss shrimp with the juice of 1 lime and 2 tsbp of fresh chopped cilantro. 
  • Spicy: add 1 tsp crushed red pepper chili flakes when tossing shrimp with garlic, oil, and salt.
