Broiled Tilapia with Garlic
This broiled fish recipe will work great with any white fish. It's super quick and easy to make, perfect for a busy weeknight!

Ingredients
- 6 tilapia fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
- kosher salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 large lemon (cut into wedges)
Instructions
- Wash fish and pat dry. Line broiler pan with foil. Adjust the top rack 6 to 8 inches from the heating element.
- Place fish on the foil and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley.
- Drizzle with olive oil and top with crushed garlic.
- Set broiler to low and place fish on the rack.
- Cook until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, about 6 to 8 minutes depending on the thickness (be careful not to burn garlic). No need to turn the fish.
- Serve with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
