Ingredients
- 1 stick 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 cups marshmallows mini
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- ½ cup white chocolate chips divided
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
Instructions
- Lightly coat an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, whisking constantly, until the foam subsides and the butter begins to turn a golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in cinnamon and salt.
- In a large bowl, combine browned butter mixture and marshmallows. Add Rice Krispies cereal and gently toss to combine. Stir in 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.
- Spread Rice Krispies mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- To make the glaze, microwave remaining 1/3 white chocolate chips and heavy cream in a small bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth, about 1 minute.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the top.
- Let cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours, or until the glaze is set, before cutting into bars.
