Brown Sugar Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cranberries
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine brown sugar and orange juice in a medium saucepan and stir over medium-high heat until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Stir in cranberries and cook about 10 minutes until cranberry skins start to pop open. Stir in cinnamon.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Allow to cool, then serve with your favorite meats or side dishes.
