Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar , packed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 4 salmon filets , 6 ounces each

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Spray the foil with vegetable oil spray.
  3. Add butter, brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, salt, garlic powder, and pepper to a medium bowl and stir well to combine.
  4. Add the salmon fillets to the baking sheet and spoon the topping over the filets.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until salmon is just cooked through and flaky.
