Brown Sugar Glazed Tilapia

Ingredients

  • ½ pound tilapia fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Italian reduced fat dressing
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce Teriyaki Light
  • 1 teaspoon Natural Season mix Mortons makes a natural seasons mix but nothing in it seems that natural
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper mix
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Not too much prep here, especially with all the processed ingredients. You need to chop the "fresh" parsley and dill. Other than that, everything else can be measured out of the package.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together (except for the fish).
  3. Spread the mixture onto the fillets and let sit for 15 minutes to marinate.
  4. Bake or grill (or cook in foil) in oven at 350° F, 7 minutes each side.
  5. Sprinkle with a bit more fresh chopped parsley and dill.
  6. Serve immediately.
