Brown Sugar Ham Glaze
This brown sugar ham glaze combines light brown sugar, orange juice, honey, cinnamon, and ground cloves into a sweet and slightly spiced syrup. When cooked together, the glaze thickens to a syrupy consistency that coats ham well, adding both sweetness and warm spice notes. It is designed to be reheated if it cools and thickens too much before use.
Ingredients
- 1 cup light brown sugar , packed
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves ground

- Bring the ingredients to a boil together over medium heat.
