Brown Sugar Sriracha Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1/2 pound Shrimp with tails left on, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small bowl, stir brown sugar, sriracha, oil, salt, pepper and garlic together.
  2. Toss with shrimp to marinate 30 minutes.
  3. Skewer onto kebob sticks and grill about 3 minutes per side or until completely opaque.
  4. Remove from grill and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
