Brownie Batter Swirl:
- 1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chip 12 grams
- 1 Medjool date pits removed and finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder unsweetened; 2 grams
- 1 tablespoon tahini 15 milliliters
- Pinch salt sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2-2 tablespoon almond milk 7-30 milliliters
Smoothie:
- 1/2 cup almond milk 120 milliliters
- 1 banana large
- 1 packet stevia or 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- Pinch salt sea salt
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 teaspoon chocolate sprinkles for topping
Instructions
To make the brownie batter:
- In a small microwave-safe, bowl, heat the chocolate chips in the microwave in 15 second increments, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth.
- Mash in the date using a fork.
- Whisk in the cocoa powder, tahini, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly whisk in the almond milk to create a batter-like consistency.

To make the smoothie:
- In a blender, add the almond milk, banana, stevia, salt, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean paste.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a serving glass and swirl in the brownie batter.
- Serve immediately topped with sprinkles.
