Budget Valentine Chocolates

Hand made chocolates with white chocolate heart detail.

Ingredients

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 50 g white chocolate

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Take a sheet of baking parchment and fold it into a concertina shape.
  2. Take a pencil and draw half a heart shape all the way along the sheet.
  3. Cut out the heart shapes with a pair of scissors.
  4. Open out the sheet of parchment and iron flat.
  5. Stick this with tape onto another sheet of baking parchment.
  6. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over a pan of water on a low heat.
  7. Take a spoon and drizzle the white chocolate over the heart templates.
  8. Before they harden remove the top layer of baking parchment to leave the heart decals.
  9. Put in a cool place to set.
  10. Then melt the dark & milk chocolate in the same way and divide between 12 holes in a silicon chocolate mold. 
  11. Let these cool down but before they completely harden top with the white chocolate heart decals.
  12. Put in a cool place and once hard decant the chocolates and place in a nice box!
