Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower cut into small bites, head
  • ½ batch buffalo cheese sauce
  • ¼ cup blue cheese for the top, crumbles

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the cauliflower florets to a microwave safe bowl.  Microwave for 7-8 minutes or until slightly tender (or your desired texture).  You can steam it instead, if you don't have or want to use a microwave, but I would not boil it, it will be too watery.  Drain any water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Prepare the Buffalo Cheese Sauce per in the instructions.
  3. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat. Serve with a drizzle of the buffalo wing sauce and top with blue cheese crumbles.
