Buffalo Chicken Celery Sticks
Crunchy and creamy with just a kick of heat, Buffalo Chicken Celery Sticks are the perfect appetizer to serve up on game day!
Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken shredded (about 2 breasts, cooked
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce Frank's brand
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 talks celery rinsed and ends trimmed
- 2 tablespoons chive chopped, for garnish, fresh
- ranch dressing for dipping, or blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- To a medium bowl, add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined using 2 forks.
- Generously fill each stalk of celery with the chicken mixture.
- Garnish with chives, if desired, and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
Notes
- I you want, you can cut the celery stalks into smaller sections before filling.
