Buffalo Chicken Cheese Ball
This cheese ball recipe uses buffalo chicken to add tons of spicy flavor! It's great with crackers, celery, and carrots!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1/4 cup ranch seasoning powder
- 1/2 cup Wing Sauce see notes
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese freshly shredded
- 3/4 cup shredded chicken
Instructions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and wing sauce until well combined.
- Mix in the cheddar cheese and chicken until combined.
- Tear off a 12 inch piece of plastic wrap and pile the cheese mixture in the center. Bring up the edges of the plastic wrap and shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
- Refrigerate for two hours. Remove from the refrigerator, unwrap the plastic wrap, and reshape as needed.
- Serve with crackers, celery, and carrots.

Notes
- Wing Sauce: We use Frank's Red Hot Sauce, but mild buffalo sauce will make for a more mild cheese ball and hot wing sauce will be spicier.
- Ranch Seasoning: Be sure to use ranch seasoning and not ranch dip mix. The dip mix has a lot more sodium and will make for a saltier cheese ball.
- Cheese: We're not huge fans of blue cheese, so we just use cheddar here. If you like blue cheese, feel free to stir some crumbled blue cheese into the mixture in place of some of the cheddar.
