Buffalo Chicken Dip Pizza

Everyone's favorite Buffalo Chicken Dip is the topping for this delicious pizza recipe, with three cheeses and grilled buffalo chicken, you can't go wrong!

Ingredients

  • ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce divided
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Blue cheese crumbles
Optional Toppings
  • ¼ cup pepperoncinis sliced
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapenos sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium.
  2. Cover the chicken breast in 2 tbsp buffalo sauce and place on the grill.
  3. Grill for 10-12 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from the grill, let rest 5 minutes, then dice.
  5. Combine the cream cheese and blue cheese dressing together and spread on the pizza crust.
  6. Top with the diced buffalo chicken, then drizzle ¼ cup buffalo sauce over the chicken.
  7. Top with the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
  8. Place on the grill on top of foil or a grill-safe baking stone.
  9. Grill for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, or bake it in the oven at 400° for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Drizzle the remaining 2 tbsp buffalo sauce over the pizza and top with pepperoncinis or pickled jalapeños.
