Buffalo Chicken French Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 whole chicken breast cooked and shredded*
  • 3 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C
  2. Using a knife, cut a wedge on top of the loaf and take it out using your fingers.
  3. Hollow out the bread making sure not to rip the bottom or the edges.
  4. Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and coated with non stick spray.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until fully combined.
  6. Add the shredded chicken and shredded cheddar cheese and mix again.
  7. Fill the loaf of bread with the chicken mixture and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • You can use any type of leftover chicken such as rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken.
