Buffalo Chicken Jalapeno Popper Dip
Buffalo Chicken Jalapeno Popper Dip is a hot dip recipe that is low carb. Creamy cheese, spicy chicken, and jalapeno peppers make this perfect for parties!
Ingredients
- 12 ounces chicken shredded
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup hot sauce Frank's Red Hot brand
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese shredded and divided
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded and divided
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup jalapeño seeded and finely diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, sour cream, and jalapenos. Stir to combine.
- Place mixture in a 8 inch skillet or an 8x8 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is warmed all the way through and the cheese is melted.
