Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast cooked and shredded
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce plus more for drizzling
- 6 large lettuce iceberg, butter or bibb lettuce, leaves
- 1 avocado thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1 talk celery julienned
- 1 carrot shredded
- blue cheese or blue cheese dressing, crumbled
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce. Mix well to combine.
