Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Romaine lettuce leaves or wraps for serving

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced celery, shredded carrot, and finely chopped red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, Buffalo sauce, and garlic powder until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until well coated. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Serve the Buffalo chicken salad on romaine lettuce leaves or as a filling for wraps.
