Buffalo Chicken Sliders

These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are made with tender shredded chicken, tangy buffalo sauce, and topped with blue cheese or ranch!

Ingredients

For the Sliders
  • 3-4 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 12 slider buns I do up to 18
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
For the Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese powdered or grated

Instructions

Make the garlic butter

  1. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
Prepare the baking dish
  1. Use some of the garlic butter to grease the baking dish. Set the remaining garlic butter aside for topping the sliders.
Prepare the buffalo chicken mixture
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, blue cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until the chicken is well-coated.
Prepare the buns
  1. Use a large, serrated knife to slice the rolls in half horizontally.
  2. Place the bottom halves into the prepared baking pan, cut side up.
Assemble the sliders
  1. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the bottom halves of the slider buns. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese.
Top with garlic butter
  1. Brush the remaining garlic butter mixture over the tops of the sliders. Pour any excess into the baking dish.
Bake
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake the sliders for 10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve
  1. Arrange the assembled sliders on a serving platter and serve immediately.

Notes

  • How to Store Leftovers
  • Store any leftover buffalo chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat the buffalo chicken gently on the stovetop or in the microwave until warmed through. Assemble the sliders just before serving.
