Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings split and tips removed
- 1 tablespoon baking powder aluminum-free
- 1 teaspoon salt fine sea salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 cup butter melted, unsalted
- 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Preheat your oven to 450°F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil and placing a wire rack on top.
