Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine the hot pepper sauce, unsalted butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir the mixture continuously with a whisk until the butter is completely melted and the sauce is well combined.
  3. Once the sauce begins to simmer and bubble around the edges, remove the saucepan from the heat. Season with salt to taste.
