Buffalo turkey meatballs are a surprisingly healthy baked meatball recipe that is absolutely delicious. They're made with ground turkey, almond flour, spices, and a tasty buffalo sauce. Serve them as an appetizer or for dinner!

Ingredients
Buffalo Turkey Meatballs
- 1 ½ 1 ½ lb ground turkey see notes
- ⅓ ⅓ cup almond flour
- 4 4 tablespoons Frank's Buffalo Sauce
- 2 2 teaspoons EACH: garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper
- 1 1 teaspoon celery salt can sub sea salt
- 4 4 green onions chopped - whites for the meatballs and greens to serve
Buffalo Sauce
- 1 1 tablespoon cornstarch plus 1 tablespoon cold water
- ½ ½ cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce
- 1 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add the meatball ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix just until combined. Roll into 2-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- While the meatballs bake, make the sauce. In a glass measuring cup, mix the cornstarch and water. Then stir in the buffalo sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, pour the ingredients in the measuring cup into the pan and whisk until it begins to thicken then remove the pan from the heat.
- Add the baked meatballs to the pan and mix until they are well coated in the sauce. Serve them with some green onions sprinkled over top and ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
