Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing Sauce
This copycat Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing sauce recipe is just as spicy and sweet as the original. It's perfect with almost anything.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- ½ cup corn syrup
- ¼ cup Chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Grab a resealable bag and throw wings inside. Add enough oil to coat and dump on baking sheet covered in tinfoil. Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper. Bake the chicken wings at 400 degrees F for 60 minutes and golden brown.
- Get out and measure your ingredients.
- Grab a large bowl and add cornstarch. Next, add rice vinegar and stir. Once blended, add corn syrup, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and lemon juice, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and ginger.
- Whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Serve.
- Simply toss baked wings in sauce and enjoy every bite!
Notes
- Use a whisk to combine the ingredients to ensure the cornstarch is adequately incorporated.
- Add the cornstarch to the bowl first before the other ingredients so you don't get cornstarch balls in the sauce.
