Bulletproof Coffee

Ingredients
- 1 cup black coffee
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- sweetener optional, to taste
Instructions
- Brew coffee as usual.
- To prevent the blender jug from breaking from the hot coffee, preheat it by placing hot water in it while the coffee brews. Discard water before blending the bulletproof coffee.
- Place the brewed coffee and coconut oil in the blender and blend until there is a foamy layer on top.
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes
- A blender is the best way to combine the coffee and oil, but you can also use a hand whisk.
- Warm your blender jug with warm water before adding the coffee so that it doesn't crack.
- You can also use several different healthy fats in bulletproof coffee - MCT oil, peanut butter, coconut oil
