Ingredients
- 2 small onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4-5 Pickle slices, or to taste
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp sriracha sauce, or to taste
- ¼ tsp paprika
- Black pepper to taste
- 3-4 tsp Pickle juice, or to taste
Instructions
- Peel and finely slice the onions. Or dice as fine as possible.
- Heat a small skillet and add olive oil. Add the cut onions to the oil and sauté on low heat for 20-25 minutes or until the onions are caramelized. Make sure to stir once in a while as the onions can burn fast.
- Meanwhile, finely slice the pickle slices.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, sliced pickles, sautéed onions, paprika, ground black pepper and pickle juice. Stir until well-combined. Add more pickle juice (or plain water) to thin out the sauce, if desired.
- Refrigerate before serving.
