Burrata Boards, which are charcuterie boards with creamy burrata balls, served with fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and crackers.

Ingredients
- Burrata Cheese Balls
- cherry tomatoes
- crackers
- basil leaves
- mint leaves
- peaches
- strawberries
- raspberries
- melon
- peppers
- Pickles: sweet or dill
- asparagus
- Meats: salami prosciutto
- Nuts: almonds cashews, pecans Olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Wash, dry and prepare your fruit and vegetables. Slice, cube and deseed fruit.
- Get your favorite board or large platter and place the burrata cheese in a small container in the middle, or open the burrata and spread out in a line or in a swirl.
- Add rows of meat and fruit, or if you are using a round platter, randomly place fruit in groups and meat around the board. Add asparagus or basil and mint leaves for some different colors.
- Place the crackers and nuts around the board.
- Drizzle the burrata with olive oil and sprinkle it with pepper or chili powder.
- After the board is assembled, add a sprinkle of pepper generously across the board.

Notes
- Since charcuterie board sizes vary, that can affect the amount of ingredients you will use. I did not specify specific amounts because the burrata board is so customizable.

- To Store, place ingredients in airtight containers and store in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
